Mr. Leming, a veteran of the Jersey Shore restaurant scene, brings to Mr. Shrimp
twenty plus years of seafood restaurant experience. Mr. Petuzziello, who previousely
managed restaurants before taking full time operational duties of Mr. Shrimp, also
has worked with seafood for many years. The two took over ownership of Mr. Shrimp
in November of 2001 and have brought a new look and resurgence to the Jersey Shore landmark.

After 4 years we moved from the 600 sq foot fish shack to our new state of the art 4500 sq foot restaurant and market.
The combined knowledge of seafood along with an emphasis on providing customers with the
freshest and tastiest food possible made the pairing a perfect match. More than ninety percent
of the products served at Mr. Shrimp are made on premise and that is what Mr. Leming and Mr.
Petruzziello demand. From the hand-shucked clams used to make chowder to the hand chopped
cabbage for their signature coleslaw, Mr. Shrimp provides food that can truly be
called "homemade".
